India Over 40s Head to England: Squad Announced for UK Tour 2026
24th May – 9th June 2026 • Slough, London • 45-Over Pink Ball Format
The next chapter of India’s Over 40s story begins in England.
Veterans Cricket India (VCI) and Veterans Pro Cricket International (VPCI) are proud to announce the India Over 40s squad for the India 40s Veterans Cricket Tour – UK Edition 2026. Based out of Slough, London, the tour runs from 24th May to 9th June 2026 and will feature competitive 45-over pink ball fixtures against some of the finest veterans and county-level sides in the United Kingdom.
This tour is the first major international assignment for this squad — and a critical step in our preparation for what lies ahead. The matches against England Over 40s, Wales Over 40s, Worcestershire XI, and XL Over 40s will provide exactly the kind of competitive exposure our players need on English conditions.
This is not a tour for tourism. This is India Over 40s going to England to compete, to prepare, and to represent.

The Bigger Picture
The England tour is not the final destination — it is the preparation ground. Every match on this tour feeds directly into our readiness for the IMC Over 40s World Cup 2026, which India will compete in against 16 nations in Guyana, West Indies, in October. The World Cup is organised by CWIMA and represents the highest stage of veterans cricket on the international calendar.
For those travelling to England: represent India with everything you have. For those watching from home: this tour is your team, carrying the colours of Indian veterans’ cricket to one of the great cricket nations in the world.
England is where the preparation happens. Guyana is where we go to win.
VCI and VPCI extend their very best wishes to Captain Anand Nair and the entire squad. Play well. Play hard. Make India proud.
See you on the field.
